Tae Hoon Oum, MBA, PhD
Dr. Oum is the UPS Foundation Professor of Transport and Logistics at Sauder School of Business, The University of British Columbia, Canada. He is also, the past President of the American Economics Association’s Transportation and Public Utilities Group (TPUG), the president of the Air Transport Research Society (ATRS), Editor, Journal of Transport Economics and Policy, Co-editor of Ashgate Aviation Series (UK), and serves on the Editorial Boards of Journal of Air Transport Management, Transport Policy: The Official Journal of the WCTR Society, Transportation Research, Maritime Economics and Logistics, and Journal of Air Transportation. He was the Acting chairman of the International Scientific Committee for the 9th Triennial WCTR Conference (2001), and has been a member of the Steering Committee of the World Conference on Transportation Research (WCTR) Society since 1995.
