Dr. Bert J. Zarb is an assistant professor of accounting in the College of Business at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, USA, where he has been teaching financial, managerial, and international accounting since 1998. He is a licensed CPA in Florida and Georgia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Management Accountants.

He has published several accounting articles in a number of refereed academic journals and has presented several accounting academic papers in conferences and seminars both in the United States and abroad.

Dr. Zarb is a past President of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), Volusia County Chapter. He served as a member on the International Tax Committee of the FICPA, and currently serves as a member of the committee on the Management of an Accounting Practice and the Federal Taxation Committee of the FICPA.
